Desert Oncology - Launch Pad
ROCKET MEDIA partnered with Arizona based client, Desert Oncology Associates in the development of their recently launched website solution. Desert Oncology has been the East Valley’s leader in the fight against blood diseases since 1978.
Desert Oncology is a clinic that conducts their health care through focus on the body, mind and spirit. Their staff is top notch and their experienced physicians include : Harrison J. Bachrach, M.D., Ahsan M. Basha, M.D., Jack R. Cavalcant, M.D., Marvin M. Chassin, M.D., Howard J. Gold, M.D., Michael M. Long, M.D., Christopher M. Manus, M.D., Clayton R. Polowy, M.D. and Jon P. Rubach, M.D.. Desert Oncology’s new website solution was launched May 28, 2008.
The goal for the website was to provide information and support resources for their patients. A dynamic content management system (CMS) was implemented for the development of this project. The CMS solution allows the clinic staff to update news and event content details as needed. Enabling the staff to interact and maintain the website content will ensure update and correct content, truly a web 2.0 solution.
In addition to the custom website, ROCKET MEDIA was commissioned to create a new brand identity for Desert Oncology. ROCKET MEDIA’s design team made sure the logo and website design all correlated, projecting a professional brand that also reflected the local Arizona environment. ROCKET MEDIA is excited about the outcome of this partnership and the results created by the cooperation of both parties.
