Family Business of the Year - 2008

Wednesday, June 18th, the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce held their 2nd Annual Awards Luncheon at the Val Vista Lakes Community Clubhouse. Throughout the luncheon, seven awards were given to individual businesses for: Rookie of the Year, Ambassadors of the Year, Gilbert Leadership Award, Wellness in the Workplace, Employer of Choice, Business of the Year and Family Business of the Year.

ROCKET MEDIA was honored with the award for the 2008 Family Business of the Year. Special Guest Emcee, Channel 12’s, Brahm Resnik, presented the award by explaining the following:

“Founded as a husband and wife team 5 years ago, ROCKET MEDIA has since expanded to include other family members. They have managed to be innovative not only in growth, but also in service. ROCKET MEDIA prides themselves on treating their clients like family as well.”

In addition to the prestigious Awards Luncheon put on by the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce, The Gilbert Republic also donated a whole section of their paper that day to highlighting the winners of each award (Section GR).
